I have renamed the archive PST file, and Outlook is able to open it. If you are asked to select a PST format, choose Outlook Personal File.
For some reasons, I couldn't find the file initially because the folder "Documents" wasn't visible. Click the File tab and select Open & Export Click the Import/Export button and select Import from another program or file Click Next then select Outlook Data.
